CARL G. ODEN, CPA

Carl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1982.  He began working in September of 1982, and became a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in September of 1985.  Carl treats every client with respect and integrity. In addition to tax and accounting services, Carl provides independent financial analysis.

In his spare time, Carl enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

MAUREEN GOEDE, MBA, ACCOUNTANT

Maureen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2001 and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2003. She has been working at Carl G. Oden, CPA, Inc. since 2010. Maureen’s prior experience in healthcare, property management and environmental fields has given her a better understanding of the various industries and their accounting needs.

In her spare time, Maureen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

ALICIA HOWARD, ACCOUNTANT

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University in 2019 and is currently working on completion of her Master of Science degree in Accounting. Alicia has been working at Carl G. Oden, CPA, Inc since 2017. Alicia’s prior experience in banking and financial services has provided her with a deeper understanding of the financial and accounting needs of the firms’ clients.

In her spare time, Alicia teaches Irish Dancing, coaches soccer, and spends time with her family.

JANET RISNER, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Janet received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1987. Janet has been working for Carl G. Oden, CPA, Inc. since 2016. Janet’s experience as a business owner has provided her with a deeper understanding of the needs of small business owners, and her insight is instrumental in helping to meet the needs of the firms’ clients.

In her spare time, Janet enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
